A Little About Us
Algarve Property Finders was established in 2001 by directors Richard Baker and Debbie Brookes. The company was formed as a direct result of the limitations they had themselves encountered in overseas property agents and legal representatives when first embarking on overseas property purchases.
Ten years ago, as relative property novices, they sought coherent support information to simplify their purchasing process. What they discovered was that there was no sensible, well formatted guidance available and as a result they found it difficult to get accurate information from a number of people in the property buying loop. Determined to make use of the experience gained during those years, coupled with their affection for Portugal, Algarve Property Finders emerged.
The Algarve Property Finders service is specifically designed to streamline the process of your property purchase. Each search request produces a thoroughly qualified set of potential properties, supported by local area information, and guidance, where requested, specific to the search criteria.
The directors will then assist you through the search process, legal appointment and deveoper negotiation. For some clients the service is broader and includes relocation and interior design advice inconjunction with local partners.
To date, Algarve Property Finders has facilitated many successful overseas purchases.
