A Little About Us
Algarve Property Finders was established in 2001 by directors Richard Baker and Debbie Brookes.
Ten years ago, as relative property novices, we looked at many developments in Portugal, hoping to find our own ideal holiday home. What we discovered was that there was no sensible, well formatted guidance available and the only real way to see what was available was to literally drive to each development to see what was being built. Determined to make use of the experience gained during those years and coupled with our affection for Portugal, Algarve Property Finders emerged.
The Algarve Property Finders service is specifically designed to streamline the process of your property purchase. Each resort has been visited personally and in most cases local area information, guidance and, where requested, detailed specific information on schools, medical facilities etc... is available.
We will assist you through the search process, legal appointments and developer negotiation. For some clients the service is broader and includes relocation and interior design advice inconjunction with local partners.
To date, Algarve Property Finders has facilitated many successful overseas purchases.
With more than 40 years combined experience in customer facing environments and a further 10 years in overseas property, we feel we are well placed to understand your unique requirements.
